Representative of the Montag Company.
A mysterious figure who hides his face behind a mask. His true identity is McGillis Fareed of Gjallarhorn.
He deemed Tekkadan and Kudelia Aina Bernstein's influence necessary to reform Gjallarhorn, so he provided them with incognito support.
He encountered Kudelia in the Dort Colonies, where he informed her that Fumitan Admoss was a spy sent by Nobliss Gordon. He later made contact with Tekkadan and provided them with a shuttle for Earth reentry in exchange for Martian half metal rights.
Montag is also McGillis' original surname.
