Commander of the Gjallarhorn Outer Earth Orbit Regulatory Joint Fleet. A young lady of House Issue, the foremost of the Seven Stars, she is a longstanding friend of McGillis Fareed and Gaelio Bauduin. She has had a mild crush on McGillis since they were children. She is a woman of indomitable will who, while prone to occasional emotional outbursts, carries herself with the bearing of a true noble and earns the trust of her subordinates. She is well aware that the only reason someone as young as her is in such a position of command is because it is an honorary position given to her by virtue of her birth. She devotes her days to training her fleet in order to prove that she deserves the job. She is also a skilled Mobile Suit pilot, and goes out personally to command from the front when battles occur. When Tekkadan reached the Earth Sphere, she led her fleet to intercept them, only to fall for their ploy and let them make planetfall. She pursued Tekkadan doggedly from that point on, in order to regain her lost honor.
