A Mobile Suit team commander of the Human Reform League.
Sergei is a seasoned soldier also known as the "Wild Bear of Russia." An experienced suit pilot, he has stood on the frontlines of many engagements, and is an exceptional commander with countless military achievements to his name. He is also trusted by his subordinates.
Sergei was similarly trusted by his commanding officer, Commander Kim, and was appointed the leader of Chobu, a special forces squad formed to capture a Gundam. He was entrusted with Soma Peries (aka Super Soldier Number 1), a weapon developed by the Super Human Research Institute.
Sergei led teams against Gundams on countless occasions and commanded the GN-X team along with Kati Mannequin after the United Nations Forces were formed.
