Tieria has access rights to Veda, the core computer system behind Celestial Being, and is a particularly mysterious member of the organization.
He has absolute confidence in his abilities and demands perfection from others. He is even willing to eliminate a fellow Gundam Meister if he deems them unsuitable.
Tieria views Veda's plan as absolute and acts accordingly.
He is exasperated by the other Meisters, whose unexpected behavior results in frequent crises that occasionally force the scrapping of entire missions.
