One of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters. The Meister for Gundam Kyrios, which resides aboard the Ptolemaios. Allelujah underwent physical modifications and mental conditioning at the Human Reform League's Super Human Research Institute that made him stronger than the average human, and later fled the facility to join Celestial Being. Though normally a warm and caring young man, one of the side effects of his conditioning was the formation of a violent, opposite split personality named Hallelujah Haptism. He continues participating in armed interventions while struggling against Hallelujah's violent outbursts. The existence of Soma Peries, an enemy soldier, makes him realize that the Super Human Research Institute is still in operation. This led him to propose an operation to destroy the Institute and end the vicious cycle.
