One of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters.
An expert marksman capable of sniping an orbital target from the ground, Lockon is the Meister of Gundam Dynames, which resides aboard the Ptolemaios.
Terrorists killed his parents 10 years ago, causing him to have a strong hatred of terrorism. This eventually led to him becoming a member of Celestial Being, which seeks to eliminate conflict.
A cheerful and caring young man, he frequently helps support the other members of Celestial Being as something of a big brother figure, particularly the oft-troubled Setsuna F. Seiei.
Lockon Stratos is just his codename within Celestial Being; his real name is Neil Dylandy.
