Lowe is passionate above all, despite being rough around the edges with a tendency to shoot first and ask questions later.
On a mission to collect junk parts, he paid a visit to Heliopolis shortly after its destruction in the war between the Alliance and the ZAFT where he stumbled upon the Orb's secret prototype Gundam Astrays and took them for the Guild. Now finding himself drawn into a world of trouble, his natural backbone and ingenuity, along with help from his friends in the Junk Guild, helped him to overcome many tough situations.
