Gundam Virsago's pilot who is acting as an agent for the Government Reconstruction Committee, which was established among the upper class of the former United Nations Earth.
He is the older brother of Olba Frost.
Although he was listed as a Newtype candidate, he was not compatible with the Flash System and branded as a Category F, the F standing for Fake, and rejected.
To get revenge on a world which refused to acknowledge his unique abilities, he swore to destroy everything.
He is a calm strategist and has no mercy for anyone who gets in his way. He has a unique telepathic ability which allows him to communicate with his brother regardless of distance.
