An OZ officer and pilot instructor working at Lake Victoria Base. She comes from a line of Italian aristocrats, and has been seeing Zechs Merquise since their officer school days. She is a solid pilot with a keen wit and strong drive. In a time of war and chaos, she sticks to her guns and continues to love Zechs all throughout. She lost her class of students when Chang Wufei launched an attack on Lake Victoria Base, at which point she started working alongside Zechs instead. After leaving OZ, Noin became a personal guard for Zechs' younger sister Relena Peacecraft, and assembled forces to help guard the Sanc Kingdom. Once the newly reborn Sanc Kingdom was destroyed, she headed into space and worked with the Gundam pilots there up until the final battle. She then ran to Zechs' side, who was now Commander of White Fang, and watched over his battle.
