A Gundam Fighter representing Neo Germany in the 13th Gundam Fight. He is a master of German-Style Ninjutsu, a technique with many abilities such as the strengthening of physical capabilities and reducing physical presence. No one knows the identity or background of the mysterious masked fighter. He often appears before Domon Kasshu, encouraging and guiding him. During the training at Guiana Highlands, he was the very person who made Domon understand the groundbreaking Mei Kyo Shisui. Domon sees him as his second master.
