A subordinate of Neo Zeon officer Glemy Toto, and the leader
of his Newtype Corps. She is the first of the ""Ple Series"" of clone Newtypes.
She is a clone and twin of the Newtype girl Elpeo Ple, and due to later adjustments she harbors only the most vicious aspects of Ple's personality. Because of this she has a cold and combative personality, unlike Ple.
