Regent of Axis and guardian of Mineva Lao Zabi. She is essentially the leader of Axis. She has exceptional Newtype abilities, and her phenomenal power pressures opponents. She finds the Newtype phenomenon of sharing memories disconcerting, and prefers to keep her distance. This may also come from her past when she was rejected by the Zeon pilot Char Aznable. She dislikes those who meddle in her business and calls them "cretins." She is a far cry from typical Newtypes who have mutual understanding of others. However, she is a skilled strategist, and during the conflict between the anti-Federation AEUG and the Federation's elite Titans special forces, she leads the Zeon remnants of Axis back to the Earth Sphere to restore the Zabi family. She continues to use the AEUG versus Titans conflict to keep herself in power.
