A veteran Federation Forces soldier who is assigned to the White Base Corps.
He has a frivolous and flirtatious manner, but is a skilled pilot. He mainly pilots the Core Booster, but on occasion he serves as a gunner for the White Base's main cannon.
He is pretty much the only adult in the team, giving him an elder's perspective and poise.
This earns him the trust and respect of the crew, and even the heart of White Base navigator Mirai Yashima.
